The main floor provides a full kitchen, dining area, dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer (battery powered), living room, smart TV and bedroom. The ground floor offers three bedrooms, a full bath, family room and propane fireplace for heat. Access out the back door leads to the lower lawn, stairs to the creek and sand bar below.
